Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey conducted on December 20, 2022, found that Abramson Home Care, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on October 6, 2022.
